The Homestead is situated on 3,000 acres in the Allegheny Highlands and is one of America’s highest rated resorts. Thomas Jefferson and 21 other presidents strolled around the grounds, as have many other American luminaries. Built in 1766 as a resort to “take the waters,” the hotel and its spa have grown to include three championship golf courses, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, tennis, swimming, skeet and trap shooting, falconry, skiing, snowboarding and ice skating.

The Hillcrest Motel is a privately owned twelve room motel located on a gentle incline above Sam Snead Highway. Picture windows look out over the gentle rise of the Allegheny Mountains that ring the area. The Country Cafe Restaurant is conveniently located adjacent to the hotel property and is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. All rooms include cable TV, coffee, fridge, microwave, iron/ironing board and bath amenities. Located one mile south of Hot Springs and the famous Homestead Resort and Spa, guests may take part in many of the amenities offered at the Homestead. Open year round.

Located on Route 220 between the villages of Hot Springs and Warm Springs, The Roseloe Motel is a 14-unit property that offers rooms with a phone, TV, coffeemaker, refrigerator and a microwave. Some units come with fully-equipped kitchens. Open year-round the Roseloe is recognized in the Mobile Travel Guide and AAA Handbook. There are several restaurants nearby and the property is convenient to golf, skiing, fishing and hunting. Ample door front parking is available.
